To delete your Kotha account and all associated data, please follow one of these options:
Option 1 — In the app
Open Kotha → Profile → Settings → scroll to "Account" → tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email to info@sariyahtech.com from the email address linked to your Kotha account with the subject "Delete my account." We will process the request within 7 working days.
What gets deleted
- Your user profile (name, email, picture, plan tier)
- All payment claim records
- Push notification tokens
Data already exported to your phone (captioned videos in your gallery) is not affected — those files live on your device and are managed by you.
If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancelling it through the Play Store is separate — Kotha cannot cancel Play subscriptions on your behalf. Please cancel your subscription in Google Play before requesting account deletion to avoid being billed after your account is removed.
